Andre Plouffe, founder of Designs In Concrete has been working with concrete since 1978, starting with Lasting Impressions aluminum stamps.  Today because of his goals to provide high quality and attention to details, he has proven to be among the finest in the concrete industry.  Andre has gone on to travel, teaching seminars, consulting in other countries, as well as developing and training crews of construction companies.
